Move uncritical files into `etc/` (#350)

This is mainly just to reduce the amount of files in the project root. The criteria of what gets into `etc/` are the following: * The file should not be necessary for building nsxiv. This excludes the `icon/*` stuff since that's needed by `window.c`. * The file shouldn't have any valid reason to stay in the project root. Clarify comment in example key-handler (#89)

currently, the key-handler will not receive the `S-` modifier if there's a capital equivalent of that KEY. if https://github.com/nsxiv/nsxiv/pull/78 is to be merged, then this behaviour may change. however as it currently stands, we should fix the comment. we can update it later if needed.
